| Week 7 Waiver Wire |

Quarterback
|
| Drake Maye - I've been stashing him in Super Flex leagues all year. I drafted him as early as Round 6 in Super Flex leagues for some context as to how high I am on Maye's Fantasy prospects. In Week 7, Maye faces a very beatable Jacksonville Jaguars defense. This is absolutely the time to add Maye if you have not already! |
| Andy Dalton - The production bounced back in Week 6, and Week 7 brings a matchup against the Commanders that is tied for the highest over/under of the week. Dalton could throw 40+ times while playing from behind in a shootout. I have him ranked ahead of other streaming options like Aaron Rodgers, Matthew Stafford, Justin Herbert, and Trevor Lawrence. |
| Running Back |
| It's really important to stay ahead on the waiver wire whenever possible. Tyrone Tracy has been featured in this space for several weeks. Both Ray Davis and Isaac Guerendo were featured as stashes in this space in each of the past two weeks. Now, you're probably going to have to spend a pretty penny to acquire these backs. |

| We have a ton of potential fill-in running backs available on the waiver wire. Here's how I would rank them: |
Tyrone Tracy - Three-down skillsets are rare.
Ray Davis - He doesn't have quite the three-down upside that Tracy offers, but Davis was a competent pass-catcher in college and actually ran more routes than Ty Johnson in Week 6. That really surprised me! He only was used as a pass-blocker once, so a three-down role is probably out of the question barring multiple injuries in Buffalo's backfield.
Isaac Guerendo - Big-play ability in a Shanahan offense with a lead back who has had to take on a massive workload for the first time in his NFL career. Guerendo's upside case is obvious. His collegiate data was terrible. Compared to the rest of the guys here, he stands out as clearly the least-effective collegiate runner.
Trey Benson - After being phased out of the offense entirely in Week 5, Benson saw new opportunity with James Conner (ankle) finishing with just a 29% snap rate. The speed threat presented by Benson is real, and the Cardinals tried to design an interesting outside running game focused on his skills early in the season. It's tough to say how aggressive you should be in pursuing him without clarity on Conner's status. Just know that there are multiple hurdles remaining for Benson to be productive, even if Conner misses time. The Cardinals offense has struggled, and Emari Demercado is the back who is going to be trusted to play on passing downs. He played more snaps than Benson and Conner combined with Arizona playing from behind in Week 6.
Kimani Vidal - He's not as explosive as Guerendo, Benson, Tracy, or Lloyd, or even Davis, for that matter. But he can make plays and contribute on all three downs.
Blake Corum - He might be trusted to pass protect and handle short-yardage work. Who knows! I truly have no idea what we can ever expect from Sean McVay and his staff, but the latest that we've seen seems to indicate some level of trust in the rookie.

| Kimani Vidal - J.K. Dobbins was the real Fantasy winner following the placement of Gus Edwards on the I.R., but Vidal got in there for six touches and his first NFL touchdown too! |

| Blake Corum - For the first time all season, he was clearly ahead of Ronnie Rivers in Week 5. The Rams weathered the storm and reached the bye week. Kyren Williams has taken a beating to get L.A. to this point. Maybe Corum gets more work out of the bye to help make the stretch run more manageable for Kyren. Maybe Cooper Kupp and/or Puka Nacua will return to health soon, and maybe this offense ends up being alright after all. |
| MarShawn Lloyd - Lloyd is eligible to come off of the I.R. in Week 7! We don't even know if he will, and Emanuel Wilson has played well as the RB2 for Green Bay, so it may be several weeks before we see Lloyd on an NFL field. |
| I loved Lloyd as a prospect, though! And Jacobs hasn't exactly impressed to this point. We could see the rook work his way into a significant role late in the season. |
| Carson Steele - The Chiefs are still giving him opportunities, and I'm not sure how long we can expect Kareem Hunt's body to hold up under the wear and tear that comes with 25+ touches. |
| You could also consider adding Clyde Edwards-Helaire, if you are still a believer in the former Round 1 selection. |
| Wide Receiver |
| Christian Watson - Wow, Watson is available in over half of CBS leagues! However you viewed Watson at the start of the year, we are back to that. We may even be above that, as Green Bay's offense has looked awesome and Dontayvion Wicks is now listed as week-to-week with a shoulder injury. Wicks and Watson had been rotating. |

| Both Watson and Romeo Doubs are widely available and are worth adding. Watson would be my top WR target on the Week 7 waiver wire, with Doubs the second priority. |
| Xavier Legette - Here are two fun clips of Legette from Week 6. He uses his body really well! I don't know what type of target share we can expect from him on a weekly basis, but a Week 7 projected shootout vs. the Commanders is certainly a spot where I'm happy to find out! |
| JuJu Smith-Schuster - He actually wasn't the top read for Kansas City in Week 5. Surprisingly, Xavier Worthy was. I would have guessed that Travis Kelce was. |

| The Chiefs did try to get Worthy going in this game. Kansas City opened the game with tons of multiple tight end sets. Kelce was dominating the targets early on, but then we saw Kansas City mix in multiple plays involving Worthy in motion at the snap of the ball. The timing just wasn't quite there between Worthy and Mahomes. On one crosser, Mahomes threw it behind Worthy and appeared to signal to his receiver to "sit down" and find the hole in the zone. |
| JuJu did most of his damage in the second half and looked like a reliable weapon (other than the uncharacteristic end-zone drop that led to an interception). He did his best to make up for the interception with a 50-yard catch-and-run on the following drive. |
| I wouldn't break the bank for Smith-Schuster. It was super fun to see the two veteran former Chiefs go for 100+ yards in their second go-round in Kansas City, but I'm not sure how indicative it is of what we can expect going forward. |
| Demario Douglas - "Pop" flashed as a rookie and has been the top target for the Pats in each of the past two games. Drake Maye adds upside to this offense, as we saw in Week 6. Next up is a much more enticing matchup against the Jags. |
| Tight End |
| Juwan Johnson - His role keeps increasing! It was Foster Moreau who found the end zone, but Johnson saw five targets and registered a 68% route participation in Week 5. |
| Erick All - If you want a deep-league TE with sleeper upside, All might just be him. |
