Weekend Brunch: Portion-Control Egg Bowls
"When you are in the midst of a fog and can't see the shoreline, you need a compass. Reach out to a trusted friend or adviser for perspective. People are not hard-wired to go it alone. They need others to survive and thrive." — Edward T. Creagan, M.D.

Rancher's eggs
Who doesn't love a brunch that tastes as good as it looks? These single-serving egg bowls will impress family and friends, but you won't have to break a sweat in the kitchen since most of the prep work includes the time it takes to bake the egg mixture in the oven. Each portion is only about 200 calories, but you'd never know it because the addition of cheese and salsa offers plenty of flavor in each bite. Yum!
