12 October 2022 Your key COVID-19 report Weekly Epidemiological Update12 OctoberGlobally, the number of new weekly cases decreased by 10% during the week of 3 to 9 October 2022, as compared to the previous week, with over 2.8 million new cases reported. The number of new weekly deaths remained stable (-1%), as compared to the previous week, with about 9000 fatalities reported.
