It was lovely to receive an email from Heather letting us know that she won a Britain Magazine competition she entered through our Sunday emails a few weeks back. Heather will be enjoying a 2-night break for 2 in a Junior Suite at the 13th-century Maryculter House on the banks of the River Dee in Aberdeenshire. The prize includes daily breakfast, a Taste of Aberdeenshire dinner paired with drinks at Poachers restaurant - with breathtaking river views - on one evening, a cheese and whisky flight in the hotel’s medieval Great Hall, and a Champagne afternoon tea.
