You can currently sign up for 30-days of AmazonFresh without charge, which should be enough time to see you through the worst of the lockdown restrictions. Amazon say that you make an average saving of 15% over the supermarkets. If you normally shop in Morrisons then it's particularly tempting, since they fulfill AmazonFresh orders in the UK. Note that the service isn't available in all areas, so check your address using the link:
