This week's successes | We have six new wins to report this week!
Trina was delighted to win a 5-star hotel stay in the Cotswolds: “Just had an email from Whatley Manor to say I've won their competition… This Facebook group is a very special place.” During her stay Trina will be enjoying full English breakfast and 3-course dinner with wine, and full use of Whatley Manor’s spa facilities.
Martine has won a pod break with Park Holidays.
Sarah discovered she was the lucky winner of a luxurious 4-bedroom country house stay with swimming pool, tennis court and hot tub near to Chichester in the South Downs: “My first win! …3 nights with cottages.com and Escapism Magazine at Telegraph House. Hoping to book a stay at Christmas with my relatives from Australia!”
It was lovely to hear from “lucky Lorraine” again (remember the Matt Goss meet ’n’ greet concert winner photos from the competition email a couple of weeks ago?): “… won again, an overnight (Hilton) hotel in Wembley courtesy of Gaydio… I actually had the email on the night I was seeing Matt Goss…” Lorraine is the second group member to hear that she won one of Gaydio’s ’12 Days of Christmas” Hilton stays following Fiona’s Hyde Park success which we mentioned in last Sunday’s email.
Sylvia was surprised to find out she’d won a weekend getaway to Catalonia after entering a Catalan Tourism Agency competition that we featured in the competition email back in March: “Received an email a couple of days ago which I initially thought was a scam as it said I was the first substitute winner. Emailed them last night and they've replied this morning to confirm I've won…” Sylvia’s prize is return flights for two from the UK to Barcelona, a 2-night hotel stay in La Garrotxa with daily breakfast, plus hire car and a hot air balloon trip.”
And finally this week, Mariah messaged to let us know that she had won (and just returned from) a Bank Holiday stay in Ibiza after being one of the 15 winners of a competition we included in the Sunday email a couple of weeks ago: “Spent the Bank Holiday in Ibiza with my other half thanks to a competition win with British Airways and Capital FM. It included flights, luggage, transfers, a 4* hotel stay and £250 spending money. We had an incredible time!! …Anyone needing encouragement, hang in there, your win could be one competition away!”
