We are thrilled to welcome Chef Erik Sanz to the team here at Jumby, where he will lead the kitchen brigades in our next culinary evolution. Erik received his training in the UK, before helming kitchens in prestigious resorts in his native Mexico.
The chef takes full advantage of the Jumby Farm harvest to compose his signature dishes combining fresh, healthy ingredients with vibrant flavour pairings that will live on in the memories of your time in paradise.
