From extra stress to remote working challenges, employees have had a lot on their plate during the COVID-19 pandemic. And it’s taking a toll on mental and physical health.

New research shows nearly 80% of employees say the pandemic has had a negative impact on their well-being. More than one-third also say they feel depressed, frustrated or angry more often, are exercising less and are not eating well.

Register for our upcoming webinar to learn:

  • How the pandemic has changed employee perceptions of employers.
  • What employees are expecting from well-being programs compared to what is actually being offered.
  • What specific generations—including Millennials and Gen Z—look for in benefits programs.
  • Ways employers can rethink and evolve strategies to create lasting results.
