Wells Fargo Names BNY Mellon’s Charles Scharf CEO to Lead Turnaround

Scharf, the CEO of Bank of New York Mellon Corp., will take over on Oct. 21, replacing interim chief Allen Parker, the San Francisco-based bank said.
