Analytics has risen to join the C-suite as a testament to the growing importance of analytics within enterprise organizations. Chief Analytics Officer (CAO) is a title we see more frequently and is a strategic role within the organization that’s gaining the respect it deserves.

Basu’s roll as CAO commenced a couple years ago, but she has been with the business services company since 2000, working in progressively more advanced roles in analytics and predictive analytics.
