Bank (and investment) Rolls

What makes a great tech ecosystem? Innovative founders? Diverse funders? A great talent pool of skilled workers?

When you look at the funding ecosystem of Baltimore, what are the chokepoints? Where do you see a gap in the funding ecosystem, and what're some of your ideas to improve them? What cities and organizations have you seen doing it right that Charm City could replicate?

Let us know by replying to this email or sending a note to , anytime.
