Of course, you can make great donuts, spudnuts from yesteryear. But it's also a great sweet dough mix--light, airy pastries without frying.
That's cinnamon rolls on top with a rich caramel cream cheese frosting. Then there are roll-up lemon rolls filled with lemon curd/pastry filling/lemon pie filling. The little cupcake rolls have a cherry filling, rolled up as shown and cut into slices. Be sure to spray the inside of the paper cups to keep them from sticking. Finally, free-standing cinnamon sugar rolls with lots of little chunks of butter. But use your imagination . . . it's such a great sweet dough!
