It's Thanksgiving and it's difficult in a pandemic. My heart goes out to those who are lonely or hungry. Yet, for most of us, there is much to be thankful for.

This day, I'm very grateful that our family is happy and healthy--and pray for those who aren't.

I'm thankful that, during this pandemic, I've been able to spend so much time with my sweet wife. We've spent a lot of time outdoors. I'm grateful for such a magnificent world to live in.

I'm grateful that my kids and grandkids are such good kids. I'm grateful for good friends that I can call or text.

I'm thankful that I have been able to worship according to my conscience, right through the pandemic.

Stopping to ponder, to thank God for those things that I am grateful for, lifts my heart, and I know I'm blessed.

May you be blessed, in ways that are special to you, this season.

Sincerely,

Dennis Weaver
