What are your must-haves for a good kitchen?

We recently moved, so I'm missing my old kitchen, but I'm also thinking about what to put in my new kitchen that we're building! :) Some of my must-haves are an island, a propane gas stove, big windows, a double sink, lots of cupboards, and a walk-in pantry.

All of those things come in handy for big canning projects, among other things.
