Wynn Resorts fined; inaction on sexual misconduct claims alleged
The Nevada Gaming Control Board and Wynn Resorts have reached a settlement regarding claims that former executives did not investigate allegations of sexual misconduct against former CEO Steve Wynn. The board is fining Wynn Resorts but is not revoking or limiting the casino's gambling license.
