It's just one of those things you should know. It's not hard. Mix it. Knead it. Let it rise. Bake it.
Your bread machine probably has a dough setting. But with or without a bread machine, you should know how to make dinner rolls or sweet rolls.
And in troubled times, It's nice to have bread mixes on hand. Life is better with bread.
