Dear John,

There is power in saying what you want. Say it out loud. Write it down. But…before you turn it into a goal, ask yourself Why you want it. Knowing Why you want something is powerful - especially if getting what you want also takes you closer to your purpose in life.

Example:

I want to make more money.

Why do you want to make more money?

So I can pay off my house.

Why do you want to pay off your house?

So I can build my lake house.

Why do you want a lake house?

So my grandkids will come over and play.

Bingo.

Remember, as Jim Rohn said “When your Why is big, the How is easy.”

You are a Coach Leader!

Tom
