In a guest post today, Baltimore entrepreneur Luke Cooper asks an important question amid the wider societal effort to level the playing field for Black entrepreneurs: What does allyship look like in practice?

 

He offers an example by way of his own story building a recently-acquired startup and its partnership with a T. Rowe Price executive.
