Listing a chronological job history has long been a traditional part of a resume, but it may not be the best option for older workers due to age discrimination issues. Career expert Samantha Nolan says a combination resume lists only the most recent and relevant experience chronologically, while earlier experience can be listed without dates in a "foundational experience" section, and education can be listed without dates.

Leaders can create a culture of well-being for their employees by engaging them in the process of identifying and eliminating systemic factors that perpetuate "unhealthy behaviors and thought patterns," writes Richard Safeer, the chief medical director of employee health and well-being at Johns Hopkins Medicine. "We receive well-being when the policies, environment, benefits, resources, relationships and business practices are all aligned in a supportive direction," Safeer writes.

Suit accuses Twitter of bias against women in layoffs

A lawsuit seeking class status alleges that Twitter discriminated against women in the far-reaching layoffs that occurred after the company was purchased by Elon Musk. The lawsuit says Twitter laid off 57% of its female employees and 47% of its male employees, and it also alleges that women faced a disproportionately negative impact due to Musk's requirement for employees to sign a pledge to do "extremely hardcore" work or lose their jobs.
