There's a lot we love about Anguilla, one of a few Caribbean islands that are still truly tranquil — that is, unspoiled by highrises and sprawling resorts. For now, we'll simply note that Zemi Beach House's Thai House Spa was originally built in Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand around 300 years ago, dismantled with each piece numbered, then transported to Anguilla and reassembled to its origins. Seeing that alone feels worth the trip.
