Push-ups are a Primal Essential Movement for good reasons: They build upper body and core strength, can be used progressively (from bent knee push-ups to plyo push-ups), and can be performed anywhere (office cubicles, side of the road to break up a long drive, at the park... you get the idea). This video, led by my former training buddy, Brad Kearns, shows a (possibly) new variation on the conventional push-up: the single-leg push-up.
