Here's What You Need To Know... A missing Wisconsin mom may be a "victim of foul play" after her phone was found in the bushes Source: People Twenty-three-year-old missing mother Emily Rogers was last seen on April 26th near her home. Police classified her as a “critical missing person” in a news release, adding that there is reasonable suspicion to believe that her disappearance was not voluntary and/or that she is the victim of foul play.
A friend of Rogers reported finding her phone in some bushes. Police then carried out a search in a park near where the phone was located. That same friend reportedly told police that Rogers’ boyfriend was last seen at the park in question.
Rogers is the mother of a 1-year-old girl. The child was found safe with Rogers’ parents. Rogers’ mother, Ammie Rogers, is now pleading for help in finding her daughter. “I just hope she’s safe somewhere. We need all the help we can get, finding someone to help us,” she said.
