A bit warmer Wednesday, with light snow: This week's Arctic blast seems to fade away, for at least the next few days. Highs tomorrow will range from the low 20s up north to the low 30s in southwestern Minnesota. Most of the state will pick up less than an inch of light, fluffy snow. One to 2 inches possible from eastern Minnesota into Wisconsin.

Teen births in Hennepin County drop by 21 percent in 2018

Teen births are down once again in Hennepin County. The one-year drop between 2017 and 2018 was 21 percent, contributing to an overall decrease of more than 65 percent since 2009.
