What I Keep In My Carry-On First Aid Kit ✈ The Sunday Round-Up

Good Sunday morning from SoCal! I woke up to a 3.8 earthquake, which always gets the blood flowing. It's difficult to ever get used to earthquakes and I almost always have the same reaction. When the bed moves and the windows start to rattle, I wonder if it's an earthquake or a large truck driving by? Then I quickly check this earthquake app to see if there's a notification or not.

I mentioned last Sunday that my son and daughter were sick and that it looked like Natalie and I were getting it too. Unfortunately, I was right and I wrote a detailed post on our symptoms.

Fortunately, our PCR tests came back negative for Covid but whatever we have is still a doozy. Something is definitely going around so you will want to be sure your first aid kit is up to date. This is what I keep in mine. Since the pandemic began, I've added some new things.
