With September upon us and “back to school” season here…
A LOT of people have been asking what I’m doing to get the most out of these last 4 months and finish the year strong.
This is an important topic for my clients and readers…
Because most folks are concerned about inflation and the recessionary environment we’re in.
And while there’s a lot of things I’m focused on for Q4…
They ALL tend to follow this same ‘inflation-beating’ advice from Warren Buffett:
“The best protection against inflation is to improve your own earning power, your own talents. If you do something valuable and good for society, it doesn’t matter what the U.S. dollar does.”
Which goes hand-in-hand with my other favorite advice from Buffett…
“The best investment by far is anything that develops yourself.”
So today I thought I’d share a few of the things I’m doing to make myself and my team as valuable as possible…
…so regardless of whether the economy goes up, down, or sideways — I can grow my business and maximize profits through the final stretch of 2022 and into next year.
Here’s some of what I’m focused on right now and for the next four months:
- On Monday of this week I paid a young TikTok and Instagram expert for a consulting session to help us capitalize on those platforms.
Instagram has worked extremely well for us, so if we can use the stellar advice we received to double down on IG… AND start getting similar results with TikTok…
Then a few hundred bucks spent on consulting could lead to a MASSIVE multiple 6-figure or even 7-figure ROI over the next year.
- I’ve also doubled down on working with my talented media buyer, Nic Korvessis who’s amped up testing of new paid ad funnels and lead magnets for our various offers. This has been another huge growth center for my business so I’m simply doing more of it.
- For the last 8 months or so, my executive team and I have been going through a high level business growth program to help us continue to scale smoothly.
Even though systems and structure are my specialty, getting outside perspective from someone NOT directly involved in my business has been invaluable.
- One thing I will never stop doing is continuing to develop talented sales people, copywriters, and marketers.
Over the last 3 years this has really paid off. I now truly have a team of All-Stars who could work for any business / personal development guru 10X more famous than me...
Yet they continue to choose Early to Rise because of our mission, the level of service we provide, and the growth opportunities they’ve been given here.
- We’ve also recently hired an expert coach who’s working with my sales and marketing teams to dial in our messaging and add more clarity for potential clients buying our programs.
Making it not just easy but also highly rewarding & pleasurable to buy from us, means more happy clients… and more referrals.
- Another major focus lately is “value-stuffing” our programs.
Which means even though we strive to over deliver on our programs when we first create them… we’re still constantly searching for more ways to keep improving them.
Right now the biggest example of this has been adding a TON of extra 1-on-1 coaching and support inside our group program, Effortless Discipline Boot Camp.
- One of my BIGGEST objectives moving forward is to continue growing my team of A-players.
This includes pouring my cup into new coaches who bring incredible energy and can articulate many of my teachings even better than me.
Expanding my team of world class coaches means we can help thousands more entrepreneurs increase their income — while working fewer hours and enjoying a lifestyle of freedom.

So that’s what I’m doing to dominate the rest of 2022 and beyond.
