Companies can recruit and attract millennial talent by finding motivated people and teaching them, says Jonathan Quinn of NOVA Chemicals. Mentorships "can introduce a new employee to an organization, but it should be someone close to their age and not someone who's going to retire in three weeks," he says.

The Tyrannosaurus rex likely had a sense of smell that matched its massive size, according to a study published in the Proceedings of the Royal Society B.
