FEATURED ARTIST

CHAC Featured Lynn Fresquez

Lynn Fresquez was born in Denver, Colorado where she still resides. She started drawing when she was eleven years old. She attended Arapahoe Community College taking several courses while raising a family. Her studies included courses in drawing, painting and design. Lynn started exhibiting her drawings and paintings in 2001. She likes to create a variety of works in a variety of mediums. Lynn loves to explore and experiment with her art, from mixed media on canvas or watercolor on paper, to making traditional New Mexican style Santos. She started making Santos for prayer. These prayers came from a need, a need to feed her soul.
