The state of your post-Covid trim |
| This weird period will forever be synonymous with three things: the smell of hand-sanitiser, priests with water pistols and really unfortunate DIY haircuts. Half of us have let our manes grow out into unruly, hedge-shaped piles. Others have deigned to take to their own heads with scissors and clippers, producing end results that range from ‘passable’ to ‘upsetting’. The good news is, salons are set to reopen in July (fingers crossed), although no one knows quite what to expect once they do. We chatted to experts about what the future of having your hair cut might look like. |

All day Like ‘Cinderella’, but highbrow |
| Fancy a bit of ‘Cendrillon’? No? Well, you might fancy a bit of ‘Cendrillon’ if you weren’t so insufferably basic. We asked a psychologist and educational consultant for techniques and tactics pertaining to teaching. The bottom line: don’t panic. In the words of Marge Simpson: you just need to stay one lesson ahead of the students. |
