Apple cider vinegar (ACV) is purported to have a number of impressive benefits such as remedying everything from dandruff to cancer. However, further research revealed that most of the popular apple cider vinegar benefits were not substantiated by the available science. One benefit we did not cover was whether apple cider vinegar can help one lose weight. Losing weight is a notorious struggle. If a cheap, readily available product could prompt dramatic weight loss, everyone would know about it and ACV would be the hottest commodity around.
