They're too good to waste. So if they're really ripe and you're not ready to use them, freeze them. Peel them, put them in a zip-loc, and freeze them.
Bananas are wonderful for baking. I love banana bread. You can treat it like a cake. You can make sandwiches. You can put a scoop of ice cream on top. You can make french toast.
But just plain--chilled in the refrigerator overnight, moist, maybe served with a cold glass of milk. Everyone loves banana bread.
