Miss anything last week?
The most popular piece on the site last week was one that made us dream of going back in time and buying Apple at $2 in 2004. That's the promise made by Moe Zulfiqar for his America's Redemption newsletter, and he says this is "The One Tech Stock to Buy and Never Sell" ... so what is it? I fed the hints into the Mighty, Mighty Thinkolator, andthe answers are here.
Cabot Small-Cap Confidential did manage to accurately predict a double in a small medical device company back in 2016... so it caught my eye when they made a similar claim in ads that I saw this week. They say this company is focused on nerve repair, and has already surged in share price but is going to double again this year. What are they talking about? The Thinkolator is on the case, our story is here.
And Marijuana generated most of the other drama in our pages this week -- early on we looked at the Casey "Pot Boom" stocks that were promoted as the path to becoming a "Marijuana Millionaire," a story that you can see here....
But the most-requested story was our look at "Crypto Pot" -- a combination of cryptocurrencies and marijuana that Oxford Club is touting as what sounds like "two great bubbles that go great together" ... it's ridiculous, of course, but we did "reveal" the secret and share my thoughts on the ridiculousness here.
Finally, I went a little crazy in the Friday File this time around -- so many earnings updates, so little time! I ended up updating my thoughts on 20 or so companies, including a few relatively small transactions in my Real Money Portfolio, andyou can see it all here.
