It's pannekoeken! But that's because it's magic. It rises up six to eight inches above the sides of the oven. (See the image in the oven.)
It's all driven by steam. And it only takes eleven minutes. That makes it faster--and better--than pancakes. I like to add fresh fruit--like the peaches below or strawberries--and drizzle them with syrup.
