The 1,250-guest Riviera of Oceania Cruises is a great choice for those who love a variety of dining options. Its Asian restaurant, Red Ginger, is one of my favorite floating restaurants. The mid-sized ship has several other delectable dining options, all of which will delight the cruising public.
