Some US workers say there are hidden costs to working remotely during the pandemic, including increased expenses from utilities, groceries and child care. "[I]t's not everything that we thought it would be," says Chicago tech employee Levi Bethune of working from home. "A lot of that comes down to additional expenses that we just didn't see."
