The Supreme Court ruled last week that the Trump administration's rescinding of the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program was a violation of federal law. The ruling means that businesses can continue employing and recruiting DACA recipients for now, but experts advise caution, saying the administration could try to challenge the ruling.
