Groups sue over changes to H-1B visa rules

The US Chamber of Commerce, several other business groups as well as universities have sued the Trump administration, arguing that planned changes to H-1B visa rules "undermine high-skilled immigration in the U.S." Among the rules in question is one that mandates companies raise pay for H-1B employees, a move aimed at keeping employers from undercutting American workers.
