Custom Version of Linux per each OEM - 38%
Automotive Grade Linux (AGL) - 17%
Blackberry QNX - 3%
Other third-party OS - 4%
Don't know - 21%

Nearly 40% of all respondents and over half of the OEM respondents believe that AAOS will emerge as the dominant infotainment operating system in 2025. While Tier 1 and 2 suppliers share the same opinion, only 29% of respondents selected this option.

AAOS has become the preferred choice for automakers when designing next-generation IVI systems. It enables automakers to offer a validated and widely accepted user experience with lower software-development costs, faster time to market and a quicker pace of innovation than other alternatives.
