When we make cream puffs to serve in the store, we make hundreds of them. They must be easy! The shells are easy and the filling is premade. They might look hard but you can make them at home. Step 1: The pastry shell. The batter for the pastry is extremely easy. It's only three ingredients. If you can bake cookies, you can make the pastry shells.
Step 2: The filling. Buy premade Bavarian cream. You can buy it cheaper than you can make it and it's a lot less trouble. Step 3: The chocolate.
