The use of telehealth has increased 1.6 times since last summer, with more than half of the growth coming after the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, according to a Blue Cross Blue Shield Association survey. A breakdown of telehealth users show that 35% of them are members of Generation Z, 30% are millennials, 21% are Gen Xers and 15% are baby boomers.
