US vaccine rules for businesses take effect

Major provisions of the Biden administration's COVID-19 vaccine-or-test requirements for businesses with at least 100 workers took effect Monday amid an ongoing legal battle. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration, which is in charge of implementing the rule, has said it won't issue citations for noncompliance until Feb. 9 "as long as employers are in good faith moving towards compliance," attorney Domenique Camacho Moran said.
