Friends and Colleagues,

I am writing to say – THANK YOU.

Last week we held the 3rd annual Brandweek summit. In these unprecedented times, we didn’t know what to expect. Would you show up to a virtual-only event? Would five days of programming be too much – i.e., could we keep your attention? With Brandweek being historically synonymous with the word community – could a sense of community and intimacy happen in front of your computers, in your homes?

The results were astounding by every measure.
  • Over 6,000 marketers from 89 countries and every state across the US participated
  • More than 110,000 hours of programming was consumed over five days
  • The community was live-chatting and participating in extraordinary ways –  #Brandweek reached over 8,300,000 impressions on Twitter.
Brandweek Masters Live was truly THE event for brand marketers as evidenced by the fact that 9 out of every 10 attendees were consumer brand marketers (representing more than 4,000 distinct companies across 26 categories including CPG, Retail, Entertainment, Financial Services, Travel, and more).

The programming lived up to its name with masters from the most recognizable brands on every stage – 106 speakers in total including 47 CMOs and 30 CEOs. For those of you who weren’t able to attend, we’ve made a few of the sessions free for you to access through the end of month, including Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms, Antonio Lucio, Marc Pritchard, Ryan Reynolds and Dwyane Wade. Have a watch.

We look forward to seeing you at the Brandweek Sports Marketing Summit and Upfronts on November 16-19, 2020!

Excelsior,
