| Dear Reader,
Each year, I read a dozen or so new books and revisit the classics.
Market Wizards, Reminiscences of a Stock Operator and How to Get Rich are a few of my favorites.
Unfortunately, most books on investing aren't worth the paper they're printed on.
They're boring… out of date… or simply impractical.
As a result, I rarely issue "book recommendations" like this.
But last month, I was given a copy of a new book I'm excited to share with you.
It's not available on Amazon… or in bookstores.
But it's quite possibly the most important book you'll read on investing this year.
Not only could it change your life – it's a pleasure to read, filled with wit and wisdom from one of the smartest, most connected and wealthiest investors I know.
If you're familiar with my work – you may recognize his name. Peter Churchouse is one of the most influential mentors in my life. I've never met anyone quite like him.
He launched the first real-estate-focused hedge fund in China… and he's one of the few guys the government turned to when it wanted to launch its stock exchange years ago.
But his first-ever book – 40 years in the making – has implications far beyond Asia and the field of real estate.
It's the story – and concrete steps – of how anyone can start small and build a substantial fortune – in a way you may have never considered.
Like I mentioned, this book is not available in stores. For reasons that will become clear in a moment, Peter has decided to share it with a small and select audience.
But I insisted we work out a deal with the publisher, our sister company, Stansberry Churchouse Research, to put a copy in your hands. And if you're interested, they've even agreed to pay the cost of shipping and handling.

Good investing,
Steve Sjuggerud Editor, True Wealth
P.S. I'm told the first print-run of Peter's new book was quite limited. I wouldn't be surprised if it became a "cult-classic" someday – impossible to find. But for now, you can secure a copy or two. Peter's publisher has put together a special offer for Stansberry readers to help put a first-edition hard copy of his book in your hands, along with a digital copy, delivered instantly.
