The first commercialised ingredient in the Nextida platform, a range of specific collagen peptide compositions with targeted health benefits, Nextida GC targets post-prandial glucose spikes, naturally, and is backed by science. An initial proof-of-concept clinical study showed that a 5 or 10 gram dose of Nextida GC significantly reduced post-prandial glucose spikes in healthy individuals when taken orally 30 minutes before a meal. The reduction observed was 42% on average after a meal.
