WHO/Europe Press Briefing from Kyiv, Ukraine

Tuesday, 17 May, 1700-1745 CEST / 1800-1845 EET

WHO/Europe will hold a press briefing on the health situation in Ukraine, health needs of the population, and WHO’s support to Ukraine, and answer media questions.

Dr Hans Henri P. Kluge, WHO Regional Director for Europe, will be joined by Dr Jarno Habicht, WHO Representative in Ukraine and WHO's Ukraine Incident Manager, Dr Dorit Nitzan.

The press briefing will take place at the Ukraine Media Center in Kyiv.

It will also be broadcast live on WHO/Europe’s Facebook page and on our Twitter profile.

Journalists unable to attend in person can join via Zoom and ask questions online (see connection details below). When joining the Zoom meeting, please ensure you enter your name and media outlet (use name/outlet). To ask a question, please click "raise hand" and this will enter you into the pool for questions. Please make sure you have a microphone connected or active on your computer.
