Lilach Mazor Power is the founder and managing director at vertically-integrated, Arizona cannabis company Giving Tree Dispensary. She has served nine years in the cannabis sector with a focus on R&D and retail. Since establishing Giving Tree in 2013, Power has placed a strong emphasis on corporate citizenship raising over $100,000 for charities. Giving Tree is one of the only majority woman-owned dispensaries in the state with plans to begin operations in both Puerto Rico and Israel. Beyond her executive leadership, Power is a brand builder with an intuitive understanding of market trends. She has formulated multiple product lines including lifestyle brand Kindred. Power is an Arizona Dispensary Association board member and among other titles is the proud mother of two.

Narith Panh is chief strategy officer of Dragonfly Wellness, a locally owned and operated vertically integrated medical cannabis company based in Salt Lake City, Utah. Dragonfly, recognized as a 2021 Best Cannabis Company to Work For by both Cannabis Business Times and Cannabis Dispensary magazines, is committed to developing the highest quality medical cannabis products focusing on efficacy to treat specific medical conditions. Panh was inspired to join the cannabis industry after his brother was struck by a drunk driver while crossing the street and spent nine months recovering from his injuries. Growing up in Utah, Panh saw family and friends lose their lives to opioid addiction, and he was determined to make sure that his brother did not have the same fate, so they used medical cannabis in his treatment. Before Dragonfly, Panh served as vice president of Ipsos, consulting with Fortune 500 companies guiding them to growth by developing strategies through consumer insights and understanding. Over the course of his 20-year career, Panh’s experience spreads across a variety of industries including CPG, healthcare, technology, automotive, and public affairs. After his brother’s accident, Panh, whose family came to the U.S. as refugees from Cambodia, pursued the opportunity to join Dragonfly Wellness and now focuses on the long-term growth of the organization.

Marcus Williams is a technologist and longtime cannabis enthusiast with a particular passion for cannabis genetics and selective breeding. Prior to joining Community Growth Partners, Williams was a systems administrator at Silicon Laboratories and was responsible for supporting an IoT engineering team and virtual test environment that generated over $100M in revenue annually for the company. His thorough understanding of cloud infrastructure and cannabis enabled Community Growth Partners to implement an e-commerce platform that is unique to the state and integral to CGP’s brand strategy. As a lifelong Bostonian, Williams cares deeply about and leads CGP’s social impact initiatives.
