Wednesday, 15 February 2023 Member States and relevant stakeholders briefing in preparation for INB4 The Bureau of the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) towards a convention, agreement or other international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response (the pandemic accord) is convening the second briefing, to relevant stakeholders and Member States (Wednesday, 15 February, 15:00–17:00 CET) The purpose of these briefings is to inform Member States and relevant stakeholders on the development, approach and structure of the Zero Draft of the pandemic accord, as well as to provide a proposal from the Bureau regarding modalities for the fourth meeting of the INB (INB4) (scheduled to take place from 27 February to 3 March 2023) and INB5 (3 to 6 April 2023). The zero draft of the pandemic accord was shared with Member States and relevant stakeholders on 1 February, and published on the WHO website. This briefing will be publicly webcast on this page. Related links: Read more about the INB here Global Youth Mobilization: celebrating 2 years of youth-led global action As part of the Global Youth Mobilization (GYM), the world's largest Big Six youth organizations with support from WHO and the United Nations Foundation (UNF) will celebrate and reflect on two years of youth-led global action. During the Unstoppable Together: celebrating 2 Years of youth-led global action main virtual event on 15 February, the GYM will release its final impact report, including project case studies and highlighting the reach, impact and investment in young people engaged in addressing the negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main event will be preceded by a youth-led roundtable discussion on 11 February providing a platform for young people to share their reflections, lessons learned and aspirations for the future.
