Why U.S. Olympic officials are concerned about Utah's ban on transgender youth athletes
USOPC Chairwoman Susanne Lyons spoke about concerns that she has regarding Utah's recent transgender athlete ban. She is hesitant "about legislation that takes a very kind of black-and-white view."
