Short Term Problem 

This week we reported on research that shows CIOs are increasingly being saddled with tech debt by their CEO bosses. CEOs surveyed by IBM worry that their organizations are sacrificing long-term innovation by spending too much on short-term IT projects — while also pressuring their CIOs to do so.
