State workers in Kan. to receive paid parental leave
Kansas Gov. Jeff Colyer signed an executive order last week giving more than 17,000 government employees paid parental leave. The order gives primary caregivers six weeks and secondary caregivers three weeks of fully paid leave after the birth or adoption of a child.
