Yesterday was the annual Utah Economic Outlook & Public Policy Summit, and Utah Gov. Spencer Cox was optimistic about the future of Utah's economy.
On a less optimistic note, the governor also noted that the Utah’s rapid growth and growing housing costs could push young people out of the state. “We have to get this right," Cox said. "We cannot afford to become California."
